Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the manufacturer warranty and Australian Consumer Law. Contact us immediately with photos of any damage.

Installed Products

Products that have been professionally installed cannot be returned as change of mind. If an installed product develops a fault, it is covered under the manufacturer warranty. See our warranty page for details on making a claim.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
